ARRIVE is a specialist residential property management agency based at Mt Gravatt, looking after around 400 properties across Brisbane's southside.
We do property management differently: instead of one PM juggling everything, our team is built around specialist roles, each done properly.
We're now bringing routine inspections in-house and are looking for an Inspections Officer to own this part of our service.
The role
You'll be the face of ARRIVE at our properties, working closely with our property management and maintenance teams.
You'll:
Schedule and conduct routine inspections across our southside portfolio
Prepare explicit, well-photographed inspection reports that our landlords can rely on
Identify maintenance, safety and condition issues and pass them to our Maintenance Crew
Communicate professionally with residents, landlords and the ARRIVE team
Issue entry notices and manage access in line with QLD tenancy legislation

$35–$38 per hour plus super, with paid leave

About you
Current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
Previous property management or routine inspection experience
Confident identifying maintenance, compliance and condition issues, with a working knowledge of the QLD minimum housing standards
Excellent attention to detail and clear written reporting
Warm, professional communication with residents and landlords
Current driver's licence and good driving history
Experience with OurProperty software or other inspection app highly regarded
