National Tiles is a major Australian business with approximately 400 employees, 35 locations nationwide, and annual sales approaching $200 million.
As part of a significant investment in growing our B2B market share, we are looking for high-performing Business Development Managers who want the prospect to build substantial customer portfolios and be rewarded for the value they create.
This is not a traditional account management role.
We are looking for proven sales professionals, with a track record of sourcing and converting new business opportunities.
If you have a proven history of identifying, pursuing and winning substantial B2B customers, we want to hear from you.
The Role
This role is focused on:
Opening doors and creating opportunities
Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
Winning new business and converting customers from competitors
Prospecting daily,



following up opportunities with discipline and turning relationships into profitable long-term partnerships
