Job Description
The Bathers' Pavilion at Balmoral Beach, Sydney, is seeking a friendly, experienced Bartender for a fast-paced, upscale environment spanning a fine dining restaurant, a busy upmarket Bistro, a Thai Restaurant, a Function Room, a takeaway Kiosk and an Art Gallery.
You will work under the Beverage Manager to develop cocktails, master the menu, and ensure guests receive the highest quality service, with staff meals provided and solid tipping opportunities in a collaborative team setting.
