Bailey Nelson in Cockburn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our brand current store opening early November ****.
You'll partner with the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.
You'll own the store two days per week, coach your team, and drive performance.
This role offers hands-on dispensing and leadership training, with strong internal progression as we grow across ANZ.
