Client Implementation Analyst - Funds - 12 Month FTC

Our client is a leading global asset management business seeking a Client Implementation Analyst to support the onboarding and ongoing management of its wholesale clients and distributor relationships.
n
Working across a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will coordinate onboarding activities, support contract governance, manage distribution and rebate arrangements, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team's processes and controls.
n
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate wholesale client onboarding activities and ensure operational readiness.
n
Support the management of distribution, platform and rebate agreements.
n
Assist with the implementation and processing of management fee rebates.
n
Liaise with distributors, registries, custodians and other third-party service providers.
n
Prepare accurate flow and funds under management reporting.
n
Maintain contracts, records and registers in line with governance requirements.
n
Contribute to projects, working groups and change initiatives across the business.
n

Skills & Experience:
n
n
Experience within funds, platforms,



wealth management or a related financial services environment.
n
Exposure to client onboarding, wholesale distribution, investment platforms or pooled funds.
n
Experience working with internal operational teams and external service providers.
n
An understanding of the regulatory and operational requirements within financial services.
n
Familiarity with Design and Distribution Obligations and RG146 is desirable.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
n
Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
