WE'RE HIRING – FEMALE SUPPORT WORKER | NORTH BRISBANE

Warm Embrace Support Services is looking for a reliable, caring and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our growing team across North Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region.
n
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting people to build independence, achieve their goals and get out into the community.
n
The role may include:
n
n
Community access and social participation
n
Assistance with daily living and routines
n
Transport to appointments and activities
n
Meal preparation and basic household assistance
n
Building independence and life skills
n
Companionship and emotional support
n
Supporting participants to work towards their NDIS goals
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Female Support Worker
n
Reliable and professional
n
Friendly, patient and person-centred
n
Comfortable working independently
n
Able to communicate effectively with participants, families and the WESS team
n




Willing to travel throughout North Brisbane/Moreton Bay
n
Adaptable availability is highly regarded
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
Current Blue Card where required
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Australian Driver Licence
n
Reliable vehicle
n
Comprehensive vehicle insurance
n
Relevant NDIS mandatory training/checks
n
Right to work in Australia
n
n
