Cornerstone Café at Bankstown Sports Club is seeking an enthusiastic Café Team Leader to join our leadership team. You will lead from the front in a rapid-paced restaurant environment, coaching a busy service team and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Reporting to the Café Manager, you will drive service standards, train staff, manage rosters and promote the Club's events and offerings. RSA and RCG qualifications are required, and willingness to obtain them if needed.
