SustainHealth are currently seeking an
Occupational Therapist
to join a growing multidisciplinary allied health team supporting people living with disability.
This is a great opportunity for an OT looking for a
varied caseload, strong clinical support and the flexibility to develop their skills in areas that genuinely interest them
.
You'll work alongside experienced allied health clinicians in a supportive environment, with access to clinical supervision, professional development and the resources you need to provide quality, client-centred care.
The Role
Manage a varied community-based NDIS caseload
Complete assessments and develop individualised, client-centred intervention strategies
Work across areas of clinical interest, with support to continue developing your skills
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including other allied health professionals and therapy support staff
Complete clinical documentation and reports
Provide recommendations around equipment, assistive technology and home modifications where appropriate
Work autonomously while having access to ongoing clinical support and supervision

About You
To be successful, you'll have:
A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Experience or a genuine interest in working with people with disability
Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
The ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
Strong report writing and documentation skills
A client-centred approach to assessment and intervention
A valid driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
