Christmas Seasonal: Administration and Gift Hamper Retail Assistant -

This is your opportunity to join a wonderful team at The Complete Basketcase for the upcoming Christmas season! We are a family-run gift hamper company located in Kensington, Victoria looking for a motivated, level-headed person to join us in a casual capacity for ***** hours per week from November through till X'mas. We are looking for someone to work Monday thru Friday.

We want to meet you if you have these skills:
n
Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
n
Print and allocate online orders via shopify
n
Process phone and email orders
n
Make and dispatch gift hampers
n
Email or Use Suppliers online ordering system to make orders under direction from management
n
Process Invoices through Xero
n
Assist with generating new sales/gift ideas
n
Be responsible for tracking and following up any issues with gift deliveries
n
Manage customer expectations
n
We are looking for a person who:
n
Is enthusiastic, creative and innovative
n
High level of empathy to deal with difficult customer situations while being confident in interactions
n




Close attention to detail to accurately and efficiently complete tasks within set time frames
n
Successfully works as part of a team and can also work independently under the direction of the business owner
n
The Essentials:
n
Proven Customer Service Experience
n
Demonstrated office administration experience
n
Confidence to learn current systems quickly
n
Experience with Excel and Word.
n
Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift and lift more than 5kg
n
Demonstrated high levels of enthusiasm, creativity, innovation and flexibility in previous work roles
n
