What You'll Do:
Process payroll across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with awards and legislation.
Audit and manage superannuation, tax,



and deductions, including student loans, child support and PAYE.
Provide first-class customer service, resolving payroll queries efficiently.
Support a culture of continuous learning by mentoring payroll team members.
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
What You'll Bring:
At least 3 years of end-to-end payroll experience in high-volume environments.
Strong knowledge of Modern Awards, particularly within the technology and logistics sectors.
Proficiency in ADP systems (Payforce, Kronos) is highly regarded.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
