Bupa Aged Care Sutherland is seeking a Roving Care Manager to lead clinical teams across our care home network. You will support the General Manager in delivering person-centred care, ongoing assessment, care planning and clinical governance for residents.

You bring a Bachelor of Nursing with APHRA, a postgraduate qualification in aged care, and a proven track record in leadership and compassionate care. You'll mentor staff, drive quality improvement, and partner with families and allied health
