Story Fresh is looking to expand our administrative support with a the appointment of a full time Payroll Officer, primarily responsible for payroll processing of multiple entities as well as other general human resource activities.

What the job entails
n
A full-time permanent position in an excellent team that handles the administration of a fast-paced family farming businesses, based at Cambooya head office.
n
Focused on routine payroll processes for all entities in the Story Fresh Group.
n
Generating payrolls using multiple software programs (Deputy, Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks).
n
Monitoring and identifying irregularities and ensuring full compliance.
n
Managing HR registers including visa verification, contracts, IFA's and entitlements.
n
Reconciliation of HR charges under the PALM program.
n
Other general administrative duties as required.

Required skills
n
Familiarity with payroll software (Deputy, Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks), spreadsheets and databases
n
Demonstrated extensive experience in payroll functions and IR requirements
n




Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment whilst undertaking multiple functions/software
n
Strong communication skills to enable effective interaction with range of internal and external parties in a qualified and courteous manner
n
Excellent organisational skills, mathematical aptitude and problem-solving capability
n
Methodical, with robust attention to detail and high level of accuracy and data entry skills
n
Demonstrated time management skills to complete daily tasks by deadlines
n
Ability to interact with a close-knit team
n
Able to take instruction and prioritise tasks
n
Other attributes that are important for this role include reliability, own transport, unrestricted car licence and full Australian work rights.
