Bailey Nelson is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our brand-new Hawthorn store opening early November ****. This full time role reports to the Store Manager and Optometrist, focused on delivering an exceptional customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispensing.

You'll lead the team two days a week, coach staff, manage the appointment book, and drive performance as we expand across ANZ. The right candidate brings retail or optics leadership experience and a passion for service.
