Key responsibilities
Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
Preparation and lodgement of BAS and other compliance requirements
Managing client accounts and reconciliations
Liaising with clients and responding to enquiries
Supporting senior accountants on a variety of client matters
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance obligations are met
About you
2 to 4 years' accounting experience
A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline
Progress towards, or completion of, CA or CPA qualifications
Experience using Xero and other cloud-based accounting platforms
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and client-focused approach
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
