Key responsibilities

Timber framing and structural alterations
n
Wall and ceiling sheeting
n
Installing doors, jambs and architraves
n
Flooring and subfloor repairs and replacement
n
General renovation carpentry and preparation
n
Accurate measuring, cutting and setting out
n
Reading plans and working through renovation requirements
n
Bathroom, WC and laundry strip-outs
n
Working around and alongside other trades
n
About you
n
Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent recognised qualification
n
Solid practical carpentry and renovation experience
n
Solid residential renovation experience is essential
n
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
n
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
n
White Card
n
Own tools
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Professional and reliable approach to work
