Grove Juice in Warwick seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team including Juice Mixers, Pasteurisers and Line Operators. You will oversee day‐to‐day production, ensure schedules and safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high quality.

The role requires strong leadership, problem‐solving and communication skills, with a hands‐on approach to coaching staff and managing production data. Reports to the Production Manager in a quick‐paced facility.
