ARB Caloundra is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic 4x4 Accessory Sales Qualified to join our passionate team.

About the Role
n
As a key member of the ARB Caloundra sales team, you'll be one of the faces of the business, helping customers select the right products and accessories for their vehicles and adventures.
n
From initial enquiry through to fitment, you'll provide knowledgeable advice, prepare quotes, manage orders and work closely with our workshop team to ensure a smooth experience for every customer.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone who combines 4WD knowledge with robust sales and customer service skills and wants to work in an industry they're genuinely passionate about.

Key Responsibilities
n

Provide expert advice on ARB and aftermarket 4x4 accessories
n
Assist customers in designing and selecting accessories for their vehicles
n
Manage sales enquiries in-store, over the phone and via email
n
Prepare accurate quotes and process orders efficiently
n
Coordinate with the workshop team to manage fitments and customer timelines
n
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
n




Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom presentation
n
Keep up to date with product knowledge, new releases and industry trends
n
Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry through to completion
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
Previous experience in 4x4 accessory sales or a strong understanding of the 4WD industry
n
Excellent product knowledge across suspension, vehicle protection, touring and recovery equipment
n
A genuine passion for 4WDs, touring and the outdoors
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
A confident, friendly and customer-focused approach
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team
n
A willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest products and technology
n
n
Previous ARB experience will be highly regarded.

This is a full-time position and will include rostered Saturday mornings.
