About the Role
As a Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for creating secure, engaging and well-structured yoga classes that support our members' strength, mobility, flexibility, recovery and overall wellbeing.
You will:
Deliver high-quality, structured and engaging yoga classes
Provide clear demonstrations and instructions throughout each session
Ensure exercises and movements are performed safely and correctly
Offer modifications and progressions for different experience levels
Create a welcoming, inclusive and professional environment
Apply strong knowledge of yoga principles and safe movement practices
Monitor members and provide appropriate guidance and corrections
Prepare the studio before each class
Ensure equipment and the studio are clean and organised
Start and finish classes on time
Build positive relationships with members
Contribute to the overall Level7 member experience
Communicate professionally with members and the wider team
Follow Level7 health, safety and operational procedures
Maintain professional presentation and conduct




Promote a positive culture of respect, cleanliness and care
About You
We are looking for an experienced Yoga Instructor who is passionate about helping people improve their physical wellbeing, mobility, flexibility and recovery.
You will be confident leading a group and able to create an engaging and supportive experience for members of different abilities.
You will have:
A recognised Yoga Instructor qualification
Previous experience teaching yoga in a studio, gym or wellness workplace
Strong knowledge of yoga practices, movement and anatomy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to confidently lead and motivate a group
A professional, reliable and punctual approach
A warm, approachable and member-focused personality
Strong attention to detail
A commitment to maintaining high standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Recognised Yoga Instructor qualification
Appropriate insurance and qualifications to teach yoga in Australia
Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
