Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and a service-oriented approach.

Handle patient check-in and check-out, verify details, and ensure accurate documentation.
Process bulk billing transactions, reconcile payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Answer incoming calls, triage requests, and respond to basic clinical queries following practice protocols.




Maintain patient confidentiality, follow privacy obligations, and support compliance with relevant regulations.
Coordinate referrals, reception of test results, and communication between clinicians and patients.
