We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at our Warwick site, working afternoon shift.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting the smooth, safe and efficient operation of our production facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead and support a team of production employees, including Juice Mixers, Pasteurisers and Line Operators, to meet production targets, maintain quality standards and minimise downtime.

About the Role
n
As Production Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensure production schedules are met, promote safe work practices and support a positive, high-performing team culture. You will also play an important role in monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, supporting quality control and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You & Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise and support production employees to achieve daily targets, ensuring schedules, procedures and safety protocols are followed
n
Monitor production lines, equipment and product quality, resolving issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
n
Promote a safe workplace,



manage hazards and incidents, and maintain accurate production records
n
Coach, train and develop team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
n
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader, ideally within food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing
n
Current forklift licence (required)
n
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with sound knowledge of WHS and food safety requirements (including HACCP)
n
Good attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and physically fit for manual handling up to 15kg (not a regular requirement)
n
