Job Description
Hospital in Your Home in Brisbane, QLD is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our supportive team delivering hospital-level care in patients' homes.
You'll work independently with clinical support, perform IV therapies, wound care, geriatric assessments, and care planning while building solid patient relationships.
Essentials: 2+ years post-graduate acute/palliative experience, AHPRA registration, Queensland driver's licence, ability to pass police check.
