Port City Bowling Club Position : Full Time Location : Port Macquarie NSW

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 a year Port City Bowling Club is the only locally owned club within Port Macquarie CBD, offering great food, function facility and entertainment to the community. They are currently looking for hardworking and dedicated chef to join their team.

Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities: Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine. Creativity and high presentation standards
n
Ability to create dishes with consistency. Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes. Ability to contribute to menu planning.

Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements. Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff. Achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality
n
Manage daily kitchen operations including ordering stock. To be considered for the position you must possess the following: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
n
Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure setting. Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry.

Possess effective communication skills with an approachable manner.
