You will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, from opening and closing through to sales performance and team rostering
n
You will coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and consistent sales results
n
You will own the store's weekly and monthly sales targets, track performance and adjusting your approach to hit them
n




You will oversee visual merchandising and ensure the floor always reflects the brand's premium presentation standards
n
You will manage stock replenishment,
freight,transfersand
inventory accuracy through weeklystocktakes
n
You will lead recruitment, onboarding,
performancereviewsand
day-to-day people management in partnership with HR
n
You will drive product knowledge across the team, using training programs to lift sell-through and average transaction value
n
You will ensure the store meets all health,safetyand security requirements and that your team is trained accordingly
n

Must-Haves

Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a retail environment
n
A track recordof meeting and exceeding sales targets through team performance
n
Strong people leadership skills with experience
coaching,developingandretaininga
retail team

Solid understanding of retail operations
includingstocktake,
rostering,
payrollmanagementand
reporting
n
Confidence with visual merchandising andmaintaininghigh presentation standards
n
A customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve complaints and build loyalty
