About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage documentation related to shipments, including bills of lading, customs forms, and delivery confirmations.
Liaise with warehouse teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Dispatcher, or in a similar role within transportation or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels and logistics processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in logistics software and tracking systems; experience with remote work tools is essential.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
