Independent Lives in Salisbury is seeking a part time bank male support worker to assist a 33-year-old non-verbal man with autism and complex needs. The role involves on-site shifts including evenings and sleep‐ins, with full training provided.

Prior care experience is not essential; compassionate values and willingness to learn are important. You will work with a dedicated team to follow a care plan, enable independent living at home, and support daily routines.
