Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Use Development

Due to growing development pipelines, we are recruiting for Development Coordinatorsto support project delivery across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
n
Working with well-regarded boutique, mid-tier, and institutional developers, you'll assist in managing project timelines, authority approvals, consultant coordination and delivery tracking. This is a fantastic entry or mid-level opportunity for someone looking to transition into or grow within the client-side development space.
n
You'll gain end-to-end exposure across development stages—from planning approvals to practical completion working alongside experienced Development Managers and Project Directors.
n
Key responsibilities:
n

Coordinate consultants, reports and documentation for DA, CC and approvals
n
Support project feasibility,



budgeting and procurement processes
n
Assist with stakeholder engagement including councils, JV partners and authorities
n
Maintain project schedules, reporting and risk registers
n
Collaborate with construction, legal and finance teams across the project lifecycle
n
n
About you:
n
n
Degree-qualified in Property, Construction, Planning or related field
n
3-5 years of experience in development, project support or planning roles
n
Organised, proactive and commercially aware
n
Solid communication and coordination skills
n
n
This role is ideal for candidates looking to take the next step toward Development Manager or Project Manager roles in the future.
