Hourglasscosmetics is seeking a Retail Artist in Newcastle, NSW. This full-time role (5 days, 40 hours per week) focuses on brand representation, building a client base, and solid selling of luxury makeup and skincare.

You will collaborate with store teams to maximize perfomance and ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate has makeup artistry or skincare experience, a track record of hitting sales targets, and excellent interpersonal skills.
