The Role:

Permanent position
n
Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties – Northampton-Stratford Upon Avon patch
n
Repair and maintain occupied properties
n
Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
n
Start – ASAP
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
n
Qualified with NVQ3 and 18th Edition
n
Ability to work independently in a reactive setting
n
Good customer service and communication skills
n
Full UK driving license
n
n
What We Offer:

£37,440base salary + 5% bonus paid every March pro rata and ON call 1 week in every 5-6 weeks paid £100 for the week + £50 per call out
n
Mon – Fri 8am- 4.30pm
