Retail Cleaning Operatives – Townsville Shopping Centre n
We are currently seeking Cleaning Operatives to join our team at a premium retail site in Townsville. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily cleaning services while maintaining a strong customer service focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
Minimum Requirements n
n
Hold an unrestricted Driver's Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
n
Good availability throughout the week, including weekends
n
About You n
n
High level of personal presentation
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Commitment to maintaining a protected working environment
n
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
n
Strong mobility and ability to be on your feet for extended periods
n
Positive, friendly attitude
n
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
n
Previous experience in floor care, including stripping and sealing,



is highly regarded but not essential.
