Sydney | Full-time | Office-based, five days per week
n
Landmark Group is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work directly with our Head of Sales & Acquisitions across major business priorities.
n
We are looking for a self-managing operator who can bring structure to a fast-moving executive and coordinate work across multiple departments.
n
You will work closely with a director that has been involved in billions of dollars in residential transactions and large-scale property acquisitions.
n

Preparing agendas, briefing material, meeting minutes and decision summaries
n
Maintaining a central action and approval register
n
Coordinating work across sales, marketing, development, display suites and aftercare
n
Tracking project launches, display‐suite openings and other key milestones
n
Managing weekly priorities,
schedule and outstanding approvals
n
Drafting internal communications and follow‐up emails
n
Escalating delays, risks and unresolved issues
n
n
This role suits someone who is highly organised, clear communication skills and commercially aware.
n
n
10+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator or Operations Coordinator
n
Experience supporting a senior executive in a fast‐moving business
n
Excellent written communication and meeting‐minute skills
n
Strong project coordination, follow‐through and personal accountability
n
The ability to work with minimal direction and manage competing priorities
n
Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and external consultants
n
Attention to detail and a high level of discretion
n
Property development, construction or real estate experience
n
Experience coordinating project launches or operational milestones
n
Exposure to sales, acquisitions or development processes
n
Experience working in a privately owned business
n
Build the structure and operating rhythm around a senior executive
n
Become a trusted operator within a rapid‐growing business
n
Gain exposure to major commercial decisions
n
