Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store

Lead from the front and drive personal and team sales

Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve results

Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience

Support team training, development and performance
n
Step into the Store Manager's shoes when required

Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager position
n
Strong sales results and a proven ability to achieve targets
n
A natural leader who enjoys coaching and motivating others
n
Commercially minded with a solid understanding of KIPs
n
Confident building relationships with customers
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Impeccable personal presentation
n
Passion for premium fashion and delivering exceptional service
n
Someone ambitious who is ready to take the next step in their retail career
