Jenmick Gear Cutting & Engineering is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our team in Gladstone, QLD. This full-time position is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation and work with cutting-edge equipment and technology.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Programming and operating CNC Lathe machines to manufacture high-precision components and parts
n
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
n
Performing routine maintenance and adjustments on CNC equipment to maintain optimal performance
n
Identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process
n
Ensuring all work meets quality standards and safety requirements
n
Collaborating with the wider production team to achieve targets and deadlines
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Programmer and Machinist.
n
Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Fitter Machinist)
n
Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
n




Proficiency in operating a variety of CNC machines and equipment
n
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
n
Commitment to safety and quality standards
n
Robust communication and teamwork skills
