Who are we looking for?

Previous experience managing acommercial or industrial property portfolio.
n
Strong understanding of day to dayproperty management, including tenant liaison, contractor
management,maintenance
coordination and lease administration.
n
Demonstrated experience preparingbudgets, monitoring expenditure and providing accurate financial reporting.
n
Robust stakeholder managementskills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships withclients, tenants, contractors and internal teams.

We are looking for a CommercialProperty Manager to manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and industrial assets across South EastQueensland.

Key Responsibilities
n

Manage the day to day operationsof a industrial and commercial property portfolio across South East Queensland.
n
Build and maintain
strongrelationships
with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.
n
Lead and support
facilitiesmanagement
activities, working closely with Facilities Managers and the broadersupport team.
n




Oversee property budgets,reporting, maintenance programs and compliance requirements.
n
Conduct regular site inspectionsand ensure assets are operating efficiently and delivering strong outcomes.
n
Identify opportunities to enhanceasset performance and deliver value for clients.
