is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Site Supervisors based in Victoria who are interested in current and future opportunities across our national project portfolio.** We are interested in connecting with construction professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes, leading teams, and maintaining safe and productive project environments. **Responsibilities include but not limited to** **Safety & Compliance*** Maintain a valid Lendlease EHS Passport and complete required training.* Implement safety systems and ensure compliance with regulations.* Conduct risk assessments, monitor high-risk work, and stop unsafe activities when necessary.* Carry out daily and weekly safety checks and keep accurate records.



**Planning & Coordination*** Work with engineers to develop short- and medium-term construction programs.* Monitor progress and report on site activities.* Promote sustainability initiatives and maintain a well-organized site **Quality Control*** Ensure work meets design and quality standards.* Review and verify subcontractor inspection plans and manage defect close-outs.* Stay across contract scope and specifications. **Team & Resource Management*** Supervise and mentor site teams and apprentices.* Support performance reviews and training compliance.* Help manage labour costs within budget. **Stakeholder Engagement*** Build strong relationships with unions, consultants, and authorities.* Encourage teamwork and clear communication across all site stakeholders.* undefined **About You:** * + Previous experience supervising construction activities. + Strong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements. + Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively. + Knowledge of quality standards and contract specifications. + Leadership skills to manage and develop site teams. + Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
