Treatment Coordinator / Dental Assistant
We are a luxury cosmetic and restorative dental practice currently seeking a confident, naturally high-energy, warm, motivated, service-minded team member to join HYGGE Dental in a cross-trained role spanning:
Concierge & front-of-house
Communications centre & phone management
Treatment coordination & patient journey support
Chair-side dental assisting & clinical support
Appointment coordination & scheduling
Patient communication & relationship-building
Depending on your experience and strengths, your role may also involve:
Discussing high-value dental treatment and financial arrangements with patients
Digital workflows, photography, and patient education
Assisting with in-house social media and content creation
