Job Description
HammondCare seeks an Admissions Coordinator for our Waratah, NSW residential site. This on-site role drives the sales pipeline for Residential Aged Care, assists prospective residents and their representatives, and helps meet occupancy targets while clarifying services and costs.

You will collaborate with the Regional Admissions Lead and Residential Care Operations to create a positive onboarding experience, travel to Scone quarterly, and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.
