Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties across assigned commercial properties

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and common areas
n
Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
n
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
n
Restock supplies such as paper products and hand soap
n
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
n
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors
n

Requirements:
n
n
Prior housekeeping, janitorial,



or commercial cleaning experience preferred
n
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning standards
n
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
n
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
n
Must be able to pass a background check
n
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites a plus
