About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Auburn team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, classified as a Gymnastics Coach under our Enterprise Agreement, you'll do more than just teach skills - you'll role model our core values of Respect, Commitment, Resilience, Integrity, and Citizenship every day.

Delivering exciting, safe and inclusive gymnastics classes

Designing and planning engaging lesson content tailored to different ages and abilities

Supporting customer service and admin tasks to ensure smooth operations

Creating an workplace that encourages resilience, teamwork and confidence





Coaching across a wide range of programs - from Kindergym to Trampoline, TeamGym to Parkour, Cheerleading to Artistic Gymnastics

About You

Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as;

Loves working with kids and creating a positive, safe environment

Gymnastic coaching qualifications desirable but not essential, must be willing to acquire (with PCYC support).

Experience in Free G or Trampolining will be a distinct advantage but not essential.

Brings strong communication, reliability, and teamwork to the role

Has (or can obtain) a Working with Children Check and National Police Check

Previous experience in coaching, youth work, or customer service is a bonus!
