1st year Apprentice Plasterer walls and ceiling lining

You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and learn all aspects of wall and ceiling lining. This is a full time apprenticeship position suited to someone who wants to learn the trade properly, work hard and build a long-term career in plastering and wall and ceiling lining. Our current project located in Kedron and Lutwyche

Key responsibilities

Installing plasterboard to walls and ceilings
n
Measuring, cutting and fitting plasterboard
n
Setting and finishing joints
n
Framing and preparation work
n
Using hand and power tools safely
n
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
n
n

Genuinely interested in becoming a qualified plasterer
n
Reliable, punctual and willing to work
n
Good attitude and willing to learn




n
Physically capable of working in the construction industry
n
Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
n
Takes pride in doing quality work
n
Understands the importance of turning up every day and on time
n
Able to make your own way to the job site each day
n
Driver's licence and reliable transport strongly preferred
n
Apprenticeship training and on-the-job experience
n
