As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing top talent for our prestigious clients in the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

Proactively source and screen candidates to build a strong talent pipeline

Conduct in-depth interviews to fully understand candidates' skills, experience and career goals
n
Match qualified candidates to open positions and facilitate the entire recruitment process
n
Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
n
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
n
Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on recruitment activities
n
Contribute to the team's success by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the healthcare sector
n




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
n
Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates using various methods
n
Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure top talent
n
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
