About this opportunity
n
You will be a senior member of our national payroll team, mentoring and coaching payroll officers and supporting our offices across Australia
n
n
Support the Payroll Operations and Systems Manager in the delivery of effective and efficient payrolloperations
n
Act as a point of escalation and lead a team of 3 to 4 Payroll Officers
n
Maintain specialist knowledge of Payroll Practices, Employment Legislation, Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation
n
Complete all necessary compliance lodgments for single touch payroll, superannuation, and Portable LSL
n
Prepare payroll reporting for management as required
n
Drive to achieve continuous improvement in the overall payroll processes

About you:
n
n
Experience in end-to-end payroll and in a senior or similar role
n
Leadership or mentoring experience
n
Robust award and enterprise agreement interpretation, with a sound understanding of superannuation and long service leave legislation
n
Experience with Aurion payroll system is highly desirable
n
High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines independently
n
n
Australian work rights
n
