Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Store Person to join our dynamic team. This hands‐on role operates in a fast‐paced environment and involves receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing and dispatching stock while maintaining workplace health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Liaising with customers daily and ensure that all customer requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner
n
Works closely with the Sales & Service Support Co-ordinators on a daily basis
n
Receiving, checking and allocating large volumes of incoming stock. Follow through with reporting any discrepancies that arise
n
Ensuring all goods are carefully handled and placed strategically within the racking system to maximise on space and minimize damage
n
Accurate picking, labelling and packing of orders to be dispatched
n
Loading and unloading of stock from trucks and vehicles
n




Ensure labour resources and transport providers are utilised effectively to meet requirements
n
Control of all stock movements in the warehouse through the management of periodic stock checks and stock takes
n
Maintaining the warehouse in a clean, neat and orderly manner
n
Heavy, protected lifting and manual handling of stock is an everyday task that is essential to this position
n

About you:
n
n
At least 2 years of proven experience in
warehousing/distribution
n
Full valid Driver's License is needed
n
White card is desirable but not essential
n
Picker license is desirable but not essential
n
A willingness to listen, learn and possess a positive attitude
n
Highly motivated and self-driven with outstanding attention to detail
n
Action orientated and customer focused
n
Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills
n
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
n
Work unsupervised and always acts with integrity and trust
n
Display a 'can do' attitude and not adverse to hands on work
n
