We're growing! The Chip Shop by Char Bar is still on the hunt for a motivated Manager to join our leadership team. You'll work alongside our current Manager, covering opposite shifts to ensure strong leadership and smooth operations across the week.

What you'll be doing

Leading and supporting a fun, hardworking team on shift
n
Cooking and leading in a rapid-paced environment
n
Managing daily operations, including staff, service, and customer experience
n
Overseeing stock, ordering, and cash handling
n
Ensuring food safety and workplace standards are met
n
Working closely with the management team to deliver consistent results
n

What we're looking for

Previous hospitality or management experience (fast food or quick service environments)
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
A hands-on approach - you're not afraid to jump in where needed
n
Ability to cook and work under pressure
n
Organised, reliable, and able to think on your feet
n
Someone who values teamwork and collaboration with other managers
