The role:

MULTIPLE CASUAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE | IMMEDIATE START

Join Tassal's fast-paced salmon processing factory in Dover (1.5 hours south of Hobart) as a casual Processing Attendant. In this role, you'll assist with the processing and production of fresh salmon, working on a production line and operating machinery to cut, weigh, and package a range of products. You must be comfortable working in a cold, wet environment. Shifts typically run from 5am to 1pm, 7-days a week.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the processing and production of fresh salmon on a production line.
n
Operate machinery to cut, weigh, and package a variety of products.
n
Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
n
Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
n

Role requirements:
n

Full availability to work shifts Monday to Sunday each week.
n
Immediate availability.
n
Ability to work in a cold, wet food-processing environment.
n
Excellent communication skills.
n
Reliable transport to get to work (car and driver's licence required).
n
Forklift ticket highly desirable.
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug test.
n
