About The Role:
n
We are currently looking for an experienced Grader & Dozer Operators to join our operations team on one of our major projects in the Bowen Basin.
n
As skilled Operators, you will play a vital role in mine expansion civil works. This position calls for a highly skilled operator with proven experience in civil construction within mining environments, and a robust commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in every task.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Operate graders & dozers to level and prepare surfaces
n
Perform road maintenance, haul road grading, and cutting to specific design requirements
n
Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machines
n
Follow strict safety guidelines and ensure all tasks are completed to high safety standards
n
Collaborate with the team to optimise efficiency and project outcomes
n
n
We anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
n
n




Demonstrated experience operating graders and dozers within a mining environment with GPS.
n
RII Statement of Attainments for relevant machine(essential) including current Standard 11.
n
Current & valid Driver's Licence.
n
Strong understanding and reliability in adhering to site standards; safety protocols and procedures.
n
Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
n
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
n
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
n
n
The successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain a Coal Board Medical Health Assessment
n
