Salary:
$90,000 + Super + Bonuses + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle, Fuel Card & E-Tag

Melbourne Inner Northern Suburbs (Coburg and surrounds)
Office:
Coburg, Melbourne
Working Model:
Field-based with the flexibility to work from the branch when needed.
The Opportunity

You'll inherit an established customer base while having the autonomy to grow your territory through proactive business development.
Supported by a well-known brand and experienced team, you'll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding market share, and driving continued growth across the region.
What You'll Be Doing
Prospect and secure recent business opportunities across your territory.




Manage and grow an existing portfolio of valued customers.
Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
Educate customers on products, services and value propositions.
Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities.
Work closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in Business Development, Territory Management, Account Management or B2B Sales.
A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for winning new business.
Strong relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your own territory.
A current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
