What we're looking for:
n

Previous experience as a Residential Leasing Consultant
n
Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
n
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
n
Robust customer service and communication skills
n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple inspections and applications
n
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act ****
n
Confidence using property management software such as PropertyMe, PropertyTree, Console Cloud or similar (highly regarded)
n
