About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to take ownership of a varied general insurance portfolio and manage it confidently and independently, across a broad range of clients and policy types.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing a broad, varied general insurance portfolio spanning multiple classes of insurance
Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, client queries and day-to-day portfolio management independently
Building and maintaining strong relationships across a portfolio of commercial and general insurance clients
Processing and following up quotations, endorsements and amendments
Ensuring compliance with Tier 1 obligations and internal processes
About You
The successful candidate will have:




3-5 years' experience managing a general insurance broking portfolio across a broad range of policy types
Experience with common classes such as business packs, liability, professional indemnity and commercial motor
Experience using systems such as WinBEAT, SVU, Sunrise and similar systems would be highly regarded
Relevant insurance qualifications and Tier 1 compliance
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality service
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and client relationship skills
