About the Role
Join CALHN as a Nurse Consultant and use your clinical expertise to shape safer, higher-quality care.
You'll lead key projects, turn data into meaningful insights and strengthen evidence-based practice, quality and clinical performance across CALHN.
Lead clinical projects and quality improvement initiatives
Analyse health data, incidents and trends to guide decisions
Develop evidence-based standards, protocols and processes
Provide expert clinical advice across CALHN services
Build strong partnerships with clinical and key stakeholders
About You
Bring your clinical expertise, leadership and analytical thinking to a role where you can influence quality care across CALHN.
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold current registration as a Nurse with the NMBA
Hold or work towards a relevant postgraduate qualification
Bring leadership experience and solid communication skills
Apply clinical audit, data analysis and quality improvement skills




Lead change and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
