About the Role:
This is a hands-on position operating and maintaining equipment within our feed manufacturing facility
Duties include:
operating Feed Mill and production equipment
Batching and manufacturing feed products
Coordinating feed deliveries




Monitoring production process
assist with maintenance and repairs
Maintaining housekeeping and safety standards
You will be working as part of a small team responsible for supplying feed across our poultry operations

Working Hours
Monday to Friday Roster
Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
Occasional weekend work as required
overtime available and paid at double time
The shift duration can very week to week.
We work 12hr shift x 5 days a week at the maximum demand.
Some weeks will be 10hr shifts x 5 when the demand is lower
As we operate in a 24/7 industry, flexibility and punctuality is important
About you:
